Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all Juliette has a gun products are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, nor do we delegate this task to others. The majority of our collection is also vegan-friendly.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane wrap.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I get a sample before committing to a full bottle?
Absolutely. We recommend purchasing our 'Discovery Set' which features our most iconic scents, allowing you to find your perfect match before purchasing a full-sized 100ml bottle.
Is the 'Not a Perfume' fragrance safe for sensitive skin?
Not a Perfume is composed of a single ingredient called Cetalox. Since it is free of allergens and common irritants found in traditional perfume blends, it is often a preferred choice for those with sensitive skin.
